I prefer the epidural. Why do feel more pain when they are not needed? I've heard birth in water is good, but it is not close to delivery. If you do not choose to have a PDA to ensure that when you are in bed, occasionally turn. I was on my back, because we induced heart rate and contractions at birth control.
